About Us

MCS Group has its Head Office in Lahore Pakistan where it has been operating since 2010 as Modern Construction & Survey Group registered with Pakistan engineering Council. MCS Group provides Government contracting, Turn Key Construction, land survey, Geotechnical services & Facility Management services to our Client all over the Pakistan. The Company is dedicated to reducing the risk inherent in all projects by tailoring services to focus on specific client need. Our aim is always to meet or exceed client expectations. The Company is managed out of Pakistan, Lahore by One Chief Executive Officer & Three Directors with together over 35 years’ experience of managing Construction & survey projects in many different business sectors and in many locations throughout the world. They are supported by a team of highly motivated, qualified local Engineers & surveyors for project assignments in and are able to call upon experienced staff in for projects if required. The Chief Executive & Directors remain very much “hands on” and are personally involved to ensure the successful outcome of projects as well as satisfaction of the clients. The Company has a strong commitment to continuous skill development through a rigorous staff training program. We are fully aware we have an obligation to ensure our activities have minimal impact on the environment and that we are sensitive to the many different cultural environments in which we operate.

Liaquat Ali is a Associate Engineer (Civil) from the University of Engineering & Technology (UET RASUL ) Pakistan and Completed B-Tech (Pass) Civil from PRESTON UNIVERSTY Kohat Campus. He has 19 years experience in Construction & surveying management and surveying systems in a wide variety of projects throughout the world and has extensive knowledge in the engineering, construction, resources and land development sectors Mr. Liaquat Ali also have been working as Survey Manager in Libya on Great Man Mad River project which is a biggest Water Pipe lines Project in the world. He also have been working on many world wide projects in Pakistan, UAE , Libya, Afghanistan and Iraq in Construction and Surveying industry since 1998.

Shabbir Ahmad is a Bachelor of Technology (Civil) and Certified Project Management Profession (PMP) from Project Management Institute USA. He has been working as Project Control Manager with the world's leading Engineering & Construction companies i.e. AECOM (USA), CDM Smith (USA), Shaw Environmental & Infrastructure, Inc. (USA), Perini Management Services (USA), and Mensel JV (Turkey).
He has over 20 years of experience and a proven track record of successful management of multi-million dollar construction and renovation projects. Have worked in different countries including Afghanistan, Pakistan, Oman, and Saudi Arabia. Gainful exposure has been in diversified and heavy engineering fields encompassing Garrisons, Hospital, DFAC, Barracks, 100 MW Power Plant, Aprons, Taxiways, Runways, Hangers, Warfare Range, Roads, Underground utilities, renovation and infrastructure projects with various client i.e. Worker Welfare Peshawar, U.S Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Air Force Center for Engineering and the Construction (AFCEC), United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

Land Service:
we are Specializing in surveying services for the resource and construction sectors, MCS Group provides a comprehensive range of services necessary to facilitate large and small scale project developments. Land Surveying Services provided by us include:
Topographic surveys
Digital Terrain Modeling (DTM) using RTK GPS data acquisition techniques or conventional total stations where needed. Computer generated 3D visualization of digital terrain models to assist Architects and Planners in the design of resort and real estate projects. Production of DTM's and detailed drawings for the design of factories, commercial and office buildings, resort developments and real estate developments.
Engineering / Construction
Setting out of infrastructure facilities, roads, railways, process plants, power transmission lines and pipelines. Route location for transport facilities through feasibility studies to final design and construction stages. Earthwork quantity computations for planning and progress certificates.
As - built surveys.
Optimization of existing road and railway alignments.
Geodetic
Spatial control surveys for project development and photogrammetric terrain modeling. Spatial control for gravity and magnetometer surveys. Rationalization, integration and resolution of project datums and reference systems.
Geodetic Control network
Industrial
Dimensional control surveys of manufactured components for processing plants. Alignment surveys for conveyors, idlers and rotary mills.
GIS Updating & Development
Development of GIS databases, including migrating existing data, building topologies and schema creation. Image processing services including rectification, ortho-rectification, image enhancement, tonal balancing and interpretation. Raster and vector feature extraction (road, rivers, etc.) and classification (land cover & land use).
Exploration
Establishment and marking of mining tenements and contact of work boundaries. Boundary definition of land acquisition for compensation purposes. Transforming exploration data from local grid datum to national or custom project grid datum. Advise on survey control and mapping requirements for the various stages of mine and processing plant development.
Audit / Quality Control Surveys
Contractors setting out. Earthwork quantities. Verification of terrain models and survey control during construction.
Route Surveys
Survey and stake-out of proposed routes, including preparation of alignment sheets, profiles, sections and cut fill quantities based on designed profile. Evaluation of route impact on surrounding communities

We provide complete construction services on actual costs bases. All labor and material charges have to be paid by the client/owner. We only charge 10% of project cost as our service and supervision charges. Construction supervision through MCS Group Solutions will help you to complete your project on time and in budget with good quality. Whether you are involved in the construction of homes, commercial plazas and farm houses, your projects involve the complex coordination of different contractors.

Grey Structure on Turn Key:
We offer complete grey structure on fixed covered area rate & than we also provide complete finishing services, charging only 10% of finishing costs as our service & supervision charges. Our project philosophy is based on fair and economical cost along with targeted timelines at each stage of the project.
Complete Turnkey Construction:
